Impeller pump Ultra Ballast F4B-11, 10-24690-02 SPX Johnson Pump, 24V DC motor, 54LPM, MC97

This powerful pump is ideal for quickly filling or emptying ballast tanks and is suitable for both fresh and sea water. Its reversibility allows it to pump in either direction; a corresponding reversing switch kit (part no. 09-47196) is available as an optional accessory.

The motor has been designed for long life and heavy-duty use and has built-in protection against thermal overload. The pump is suitable for continuous operation up to a maximum back pressure of 0.6 bar. It is self-priming up to a height of 4 metres under optimum conditions; however, the maximum discharge head should not exceed 6 metres.

With a discharge capacity of up to 54 litres per minute with free discharge and around 49 litres per minute with a discharge head of 3 metres, this pump is very efficient. It has a robust brass pump head and an MC97/EPDM impeller. If there is a risk of dry running for more than 30 seconds, the use of a polyurethane impeller (orange, part no. 09-824P-2) is recommended.

The shaft seal consists of a lip seal. The connections are designed for a hose with an inner diameter of 25 mm (1") directly on the inlet and outlet nozzles or can be used for corresponding fittings (not included) via an R1/2" internal thread.

The maximum current consumption is 12A, protected by a 15A fuse. The pump has compact dimensions: height 9.0 cm, width 12 cm, length 20.8 cm.
